The JSY‑12030‑365‑H air‑cooled UV‑LED curing lamp is a high‑performance industrial curing device developed for fast curing of UV adhesives, inks and coatings.
It provides peak irradiance of 2500 mW/cm² at 10 mm working height over an effective irradiation area of 120×30 mm, delivering rapid curing, shortening cycle‑time and improving production‑line efficiency.
365 nm is the standard wavelength, with optional 385 nm, 395 nm and 405 nm available, matching the curing requirements of various UV adhesives, varnishes, printing inks and photoresist materials.
Compact lamp‑head dimension: 166×90×120 mm(L×W×H), saving installation space for integration into automated assembly‑lines, workstations and jigs. Adopting air‑cooling system with no external water piping required for simple installation and commissioning.
Stepless power output adjustable from 10%‑100%. Three control modes: manual, remote‑control and timing. PLC‑connection supported for full‑auto production‑line synchronization.
